Cerro Kamuk

Located in the southern region of Costa Rica near the border of Panama is a 4 day trek to the Cerro Kamuk. At 3,549 meters above sea-level this is a trek for a team of explorers and those looking for remote adventure with an expert local guide. Here at CRR we operate a full expedition of hiking 6 - 10 hours a day and offer a 7 or 4 day trek to the Cerro Kamuk.

Sleeping usually consist of hanging hammocks on trees and finding the perfect spot to spend the night. We arrange camp for you after the long day of hiking of hammocks, a top section to keep us dry, and a small cooking section to keep us fed. This is a trek only for those looking to enjoy the freedom of the wilderness. Do not expect a wi-fi connection but with the natural world around you chances are you will find a much better connection than any internet service.
